Quotations
Information submitted through the quotation form is an enquiry, not a contract. Quotations are issued separately in writing and are subject to a site assessment and agreement of a specification.
Services
Services are delivered under a separate written agreement covering scope, hours, rates, duration and responsibilities. Security personnel carrying out licensable activities will hold the appropriate SIA licence for the role they perform.
Intellectual property
The Northpoint Dynamic name, logo and website content remain the property of Northpoint Dynamic Services Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
